Ogoh Ogoh are being paraded a long ‘Monas’ area, Jakarta. Ogoh Ogoh is a big doll that represent the Bhuta-Kala (Bhuta: eternal energy, Kala: eternal time), according to Hindu teaching. The Festival will takes place on the eve of Nyepi day. On that day we will find a lot of Ogoh Ogoh along the road in Bali.

The Ogoh Ogoh are displayed at Monas (Indonesia’s National monument) area, Jakarta after the procession. Ogoh Ogoh Carnival is held one day before Nyepi day. Ogoh-ogoh normally have form of mythological beings, mostly demons. As with many creative endeavours based on Balinese Hinduism, the creation of Ogoh-ogoh represents spiritual aims inspired by Hindu philosophy. The Carnival also held in Bali.
